Cancellation Policy

  This is our Cancellation Policy. it is very important that you read and understand our policy because you making a reservation automatically implies you are aware of the policy. You will be told about it on the phone as well.

	By Making a reservation with Champion Pro Guide Services you acknowledge there is a $ 100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit required.
	If you cancel your trip within 72 hours prior to the fishing date, or do not show up the morning of the trip, you will be charge the complete amount of the trip.
	There are no refunds for cancellations made by the client for ANY reason.
	There is no grace period, or cancellation period in which a refund will be issued.
	Cancellations due to inclement of weather are solely at the discretion of the guide service alone.
	All deposits made by credit card can not be disputed, as your making a reservation implies your acceptance, and knowledge of our cancellation policies.
	You will be told about our cancellation policies when making a reservation verbally, and referred to this notice.
	Any trip paid for in advance will be treated as a deposit and will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
